Our full design services provide seamless collaboration to guide your renovation from start to finish. From fixture and finish selections to detailed renderings, we ensure every element reflects your vision and simplifies communication with subcontractors. Shopping trips to assist with product selections offer hands-on support to make the process stress-free and efficient. As your dedicated designer, I’m here to guide you with thoughtful planning, clear communication, and a touch of Colorado charm. Together, we’ll bring clarity and ease to your renovation, creating a space you’ll enjoy for years to come.
Cancellation Policy
Ongoing design services are billed at $85 per hour or $50 per half hour. Invoicing Schedule: Invoices are issued after every 10 hours of work or on the 5th and 20th of each month, whichever occurs first. Aspen & Pine Design will keep you consistently updated on hours spent to ensure complete transparency. Scope of Services: The scope of ongoing design services is flexible and tailored to your needs. These details will be discussed and outlined in your contract, ensuring clarity and alignment from the start. Payment Terms: Balances unpaid for seven (7) days or more will result in a temporary halt to any work on your project until payment is cleared. At Aspen & Pine Design, I treat every client like a neighbor, because we are neighbors in a sense. While these policies help maintain structure and fairness, my ultimate goal is to go above and beyond to serve your highest good and ensure your project’s success.
